The Economic Development and Industrial Corporation of Lynn, Neighborhood Development Associates of Lynn and the Downtown Lynn Cultural District invite you for a sneak peak!
On Friday, February 6th, the Downtown Lynn Cultural District will host an Insider's Tour of the newest residences in downtown Lynn, 33 Central. These residences are particularly exciting because they were designed with artists in mind as live/work lofts.
33 Central features 8, one bedroom artist live/work spaces in the heart of Lynn's cultural district. Formerly Arnold's Stationary, the by IntelliTerm"> by IntelliTerm" href="#">property
at 33 Central was left vacant until the Economic Development and Industrial Corporation of Lynn, and Lynn's Neighborhood Development Associates stepped in to purchase and renovate the building in 2012. The addition of 8 residences - just for artists - is another exciting addition to Lynn's growing creative community.

Following each tour, the Economic Development and Industrial Corporation of Lynn & Lynn's Neighborhood Development Associates will hold Q&A sessions about 33 Central in Raw Art Works' new event space next door.
Tours will be conducted at 6pm, 6:30pm and 7pm. Space is limited and you must RSVP to attend.
